The floor at 55 keeps RSI in the territory where a divergence means something; a stock that has already rolled over to RSI 40 is not diverging, it is falling. The caveat applies harder in this direction. Strong trends can print bearish divergences for weeks while the price keeps climbing, so what you get here is a list of names where the pace has changed.
