The 200-day is the most-quoted line in the business precisely because so many holders use it as their last exit, and that is what gives the break its meaning. The sellers it creates are not day traders. Plenty of breaks reclaim the line within a week, and the hit-rate panel will tell you how often, which beats folklore.
