ADX above 30, +DI over −DI, the averages stacked, RSI still under 70.
ADX measures how directional a market is without saying which way, so it needs the +DI and -DI comparison beside it to have an opinion. Above 30 is the level where trend-following approaches start to work and mean-reversion ones stop. The RSI cap keeps the list clear of names that have already gone vertical.
